The 8th Annual Pumpkin Parade Was The Biggest And Best Yet!

It was wonderful to see old friends and meet new friends at this fun-filled community event.

It was another fun and festive community event as Friends of Silver Creek hosted the 8th Annual Pumpkin Parade on Sunday, November 1st at Silver Creek Park. It was a busy evening with people and pumpkins arriving as soon as the sun set!

This annual event is what neighbours, friends and community members look forward too, excited to see the imaginative, fund and spooktacular jack-o-lanterns painted, carved and lit up!

The event set a new record with over 200 jack-o-lanterns and so many people in attendance - it was difficult to keep track of how many joined us at this event.

THANK YOU!

Community events like this don't happen without community!

The Pumpkin Parade takes a lot of work and heavy lifting and we thank our wonderful volunteers - the Pumpkin Parade Crew, who volunteered their time placing signs, buying supplies, posting flyers and setting up and tearing down the event.

We are also grateful to those who made donations which help fund this event including the website and e-marketing tools.

OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS HELP MAKE THIS EVENT POSSIBLE

Thank you to John Tokatlidis, Royal LePage and Jamie Pearson from Walking Mobility Clinics Etobicoke for their generosity and ongoing partnership in sponsoring this community event!
