SUPPORT COMMUNITY
The dedication and commitment of community members volunteering their time to advocate on behalf of the community is the driving force that has enabled Silver Creek School to remain in our community with the adjacent green space. This has ensured that both The Etobicoke Children's Centre and Silver Creek Pre-School continue to operate vital programs for children from all over the GTA with mental health needs, autism and special needs.
It has also provided the opportunity for Friends of Silver Creek to represent and advocate on behalf of the community on the redevelopment of Richview Square and 4620 Eglinton Ave W, Section 37 & 42 Funds Usage and the Eglinton Ave West LRT.
However, there are costs associated with Friends of Silver Creek activities and we are grateful for any contributions made to assist with offsetting costs.
