Friends, Neighbours and Pumpkin Parade Enthusiasts Make For Another Successful Community Event!
Friends of Silver Creek hosted the 7th Annual Pumpkin Parade on Saturday, November 1st at Silver Creek Park. Everyone was so excited to see all the creative, fun and spooktacular jack-o-lanterns painted, carved and lit up!
Everyone came early to enjoy the night with lots of laughter and chatter and everyone made it home in time to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 7 of the World Series.
It's wonderful to see so many returning individuals and families coming to the event and meeting new friends and neighbours! We again had a stellar turnout with more than 150 jack-o-lanterns and over 250 attendees!
THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone who made donations - it is truly appreciated!
This event takes a lot of work and heavy lifting and we thank everyone who volunteered their time placing signs, buying supplies, posting flyers and setting up and tearing down the event. Thank you to everyone who was part of the Pumpkin Parade Crew!
Lastly, sincere thanks to John Tokatlidis for his community partnership and ongoing support of this annual event!
Friends, we look forward to seeing you and your jack-o-lanterns next year at Silver Creek Park for the next pumpkin parade!
Thank You To Our Community Partner
